"Hi - I’m Josie Hadley, founder of the Award winning, Audiology Marketing Professionals.
I’m a marketing strategist specialising in independent audiology and hearing care clinics, helping practices attract more private patients, strengthen their local reputation and grow with confidence through ethical, strategic marketing.
As an Associate Member of BSHAA, a member of the BSHAA Membership Working Group, and a marketing specialist published in Audiology News UK, I’m closely connected to the audiology profession and the conversations shaping independent hearing care. I have worked with AIHHP, given talks with Oticon and Widex and worked closely with Starkey and Phonak with several of their clients. I’ve also worked collaboratively with leading hearing aid manufacturers, including Phonak, on client open days, product launch events and practice milestones, bringing marketing expertise directly into the heart of the audiology community.
With over 15 years in marketing and 35+ years of commercial experience owning my own businesses and working with SMEs, I bring both strategic insight and real-world business understanding to every project. My approach combines clear thinking, practical implementation and marketing that works for small independent businesses.
Through Audiology Marketing Professionals, I support hearing care professionals with strategic marketing consultancy, done-for-you marketing support, social media guidance, digital training and content that helps them become more visible, trusted and confident in their marketing.
